Stacy and Ron Hallmark do more as real estate agents than we have ever experienced (having bought and sold six properties in the last 25 years in the Austin area.) Stacy listened to our needs, always acted in our best interests, was transparent, always answered the phone and was responsive, paid for two months of professional staging, bought bushes and curb appeal elements, let us use her furniture for extra staging elements, marketed our property effectively, and was always looking for how to elevate and differentiate our listing. She makes the effort and goes the extra mile for her clients. We would use Stacy again and I recommend her wholeheartedly.

Ron and Stacy are amazing! Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, personable, hardworking and responsive, they are just really nice people. I’ve done two deals with them over the last 4 months. They helped my buy the house I’m in now and they helped me sell the house I just left. The buy side was relatively straight forward. Ron got answers to all of my questions, handled the paperwork, helped with inspections and everything else up to closing. I had a ton small concerns and Ron went out of his way to make sure everything was answered to my satisfaction (down to, how long does it take for the house to cool down 8 degrees). He actually went and ran the test for me. Incredible! The sell side is always more complicated, and they crushed it. I knew my house needed some updating, and I asked Ron/Stacy to pick out the updates that would help the house sell. Construction and house design things make me super nervous for some reason, so I asked them to handle all of the design choices, handle the bids and contractors, and make sure everything was done properly. They did all of that and more. They also have a great eye and a real talent for staging and marketing. In the end, in this terrible market we received two bids after just three weeks on the market. I also got the exact number I was shooting for from the beginning. In this market?? What more can you say… I’ve never written a review for anyone or anything, but they have been really great. If you have a real estate deal coming up, do yourself a favor…hire the Hallmarks!

Stacy is hands down the best real estate agent I have worked with over my 14 year appraisal career here in the Austin area. She is hard working, dependable, knowledgeable, caring, honest, and an all around great person. Working with Stacy on getting my last home sold was a pleasure. She took a home that should have been on the market a couple months and sold it within weeks. Being an appraiser I deal with real estate agents on a daily basis and could pick from hundreds to help me but I will always choose Stacy.
