Not only did she assist us with choices on staging the house, she marketed our property in a way that more than quadrupled the interested buyers. When we put the house back on the market. My wife and I contacted Stacy early in our search for a new home in Austin, TX. We are from Chicago, and the difficulties of the COVID crisis prevented us from going down and walking through any houses. Stacy volunteered to walk through the houses for us and video each room. She also stuck with us while we figured out the market. When we finally were able to come down, she spent hours with us each day looking at houses and exploring neighborhoods until we found our home. The transaction was seamless and pain-free, and, to me most spectacularly, after closing she still works with us to get settled and get what we need in terms of painting/contracting/etc. I'm amazed!
