My wife and I contacted Stacy early in our search for a new home in Austin, TX. We are from Chicago, and the difficulties of the COVID crisis prevented us from going down and walking through any houses. Stacy volunteered to walk through the houses for us and video each room. She also stuck with us while we figured out the market. When we finally were able to come down, she spent hours with us each day looking at houses and exploring neighborhoods until we found our home. The transaction was seamless and pain-free, and, to me most spectacularly, after closing she still works with us to get settled and get what we need in terms of painting/contracting/etc. I'm amazed! Real Deal If you’re thinking about listing your home and you’re not sure which agent to list with, may I suggest that you list with Stacy Hallmark. While it might not seem that the listing agent matters, let me tell you – it does. We listed our home with another agent before her and it was a nightmare. We honestly do not know what we would have done without Stacy's guidance, experience, positive attitude and friendship. She was a ray of light and knowledge. My daughter purchased a home this past March and Stacy was her realtor extraordinaire. There was no question in my mind who I would use when I began my own search.
